Free Revision Process

Every order includes 2 FREE revision rounds to ensure your headshots are exactly what you envisioned. Here's how it works:

Initial Delivery

You'll receive 10 professional AI-generated headshots (20 if you selected Extra Photos add-on) within 48 hours (24 hours for rush delivery).

Review Your Images

Take your time to review all images. Check lighting, background, expression, and overall quality.

Request Revisions (If Needed)

Reply to your delivery email with specific feedback. Tell us what you'd like changed:

  • • Different background or lighting
  • • Adjust expression or pose
  • • Change clothing colors or style
  • • Modify mood or atmosphere
  • • Any other adjustments

Receive Updated Images

We'll regenerate your headshots with your feedback and deliver updated images within 24-48 hours.

Repeat if Needed

You get up to 2 revision rounds included FREE. Most customers are satisfied after the first revision!

Note: Additional revisions beyond the 2 included rounds are available for $10 per revision round. We want to ensure you get exactly what you need!

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your AI headshots. If we're unable to deliver images that meet your expectations after the revision process, we offer a full or partial refund.

Full Refund (100%)

Available if you request a refund before we start processing your order (within 2 hours of payment). No questions asked.

Partial Refund (50%)

Available if you're unsatisfied after receiving initial delivery but before using any revision rounds. This covers our processing costs.

Case-by-Case Review

If you've used both revision rounds and still aren't satisfied, contact us. We'll review your case individually and work toward a fair resolution, which may include additional free revisions or a partial refund.

Important: AI Limitations

AI-generated images are created based on your uploaded photos and preferences. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and AI interpretation. We cannot guarantee exact replication of specific poses or expressions, but we'll work with you through revisions to achieve your desired professional look.

When Refunds Are Not Available

To maintain fairness for all customers, refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • After accepting final delivery: Once you've confirmed satisfaction and accepted the final images, the order is considered complete.
  • Poor quality uploaded photos: If your uploaded selfies are blurry, poorly lit, or low resolution, we cannot guarantee professional results. Please upload clear, well-lit photos.
  • Unrealistic expectations: AI cannot create images that drastically alter your appearance beyond professional styling, lighting, and backgrounds.
  • Change of mind: After using revision rounds and receiving updated images, refunds for simply changing your mind are not available.
  • Violation of terms: Fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or violation of our terms of service void refund eligibility.
